General Terms

Malicious Mini’s is the owner of the STL files (incl. presupported).
– Malicious Mini’s grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the files.
– You may only use these models for personal use, and you are not allowed to distribute or sell the files or printed copies.
– You can modify models but you cannot share those derivatives or the original files.
– You cannot modify models or use parts of them to create new content.
– You cannot make molds of our models, casting and any kind of mass production is prohibited.

Merchant Terms

Malicious Mini’s is the owner of the STL files (incl. presupported).

– You are required to give links to your store and add links to our Patreon page in the descriptions of files you sell online.
– All names in your store must be exactly the same as they are on our store and must include the same rendered artwork we provide on it.
– You may only use these models for personal use, and you are not allowed to distribute or sell the files or printed copies, except while having an active Patreon membership in the “Early Merchant” or “Merchant” tier.
– You can modify models but you cannot share those derivatives or the original files.
– You cannot modify models or use parts of them to create new content.
– You cannot make molds of our models, casting and any kind of mass production is prohibited.

Refund Policy

In the regards of all digital products on the store, all sales are final and no refund will be issued. For any physical products being sold off-site, the return policy is determined by the distributor of said products and has nothing to do with MaliciousMinis.com (e.g. Teespring.com).
